How fast will my order ship?
If your item is in stock, they will be shipped in 1-2 business days with free shipping. If an item is out of stock or made to order; please allow 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
If your item is out of stock we will let you know within 24 hours for an estimate of how long it will take to ship. At that time you will be able to either cancel or wait for a re-order confirmation.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Items must be returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise is its original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for refund.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Any item without tags will not be eligible for refund.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s). All returns will be processed within approximately 7 days upon receipt.

What is your shipping policy?
Free Priority Mail shipping offer applies to shipping within United States. Heist Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Standard shipping rates apply to all other destinations.
How can I track my package?
If your package is being shipped domestically, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when your package ships. If you have any concerns you can always contact us my email or phone.
